Make a Memorial or Honorary Donation

Thank you for choosing this very special way to honor your friend or family member. Your gift makes a significant difference in the lives of those we serve. Individuals live longer, experience a better quality of life, and have immediate access to the latest information through our programs. Blue Star Tributes

Our Blue Star Tributes program offers individuals a unique opportunity to create a personalized page to fundraise for the CCA in honor of a special event or person. You can also search our list of already established Blue Star Tributes to donate directly to that tribute. Creating a Blue Star Tribute is an ideal option if you intend to urge others to donate to the CCA.

You have the option to set up one of three types of Tributes:

• Honorary: Your Tribute is set up in honor of someone else. Some examples include a loved one battling colon cancer or a survivor celebrating the end of treatment
• Memorial: Your Tribute is created in memory of someone who has passed away
• Personal: There is no separate honoree for a Personal Tribute. This may be a good fundraising option if you are, for example, running a race or having a bike ride and wish to dedicate your efforts to the fight against colon cancer

Once you have created your Tribute, your Fund Page will immediately be available on the web. This is the page that your friends and family will see when they find your Tribute. As the Fund Champion, you will have access to a personal Champion Center. From there, you can customize your Fund Page and send your contacts personalized emails about your Tribute.
