How To Contact Your Representatives

Are you on Facebook? Do you use Twitter? Your representatives do too! Leave a message on their Facebook page or send them a tweet letting them know what you support and why. Social media is often the best way to get a response from your legislator.

Alternatively, you can write, email, telephone or fax. For the best results, do all four! You can also make an appointment to see your representative or the appropriate staff person, in Washington, DC or at the district office. District appointments with a representative may be possible during Congressional recesses.
