The corporate partnership program is for those companies who see value in being associated with the Colon Cancer Alliance, the oldest and largest national non-profit providing support and education for people affected by colorectal cancer. That value is based on a number of favorable factors, including:
- colorectal cancer affects a large number of people and is the second leading cause of cancer death in the United States;
- unlike most cancers, colorectal cancer is easily preventable and curable without requiring any major lifestyle changes; and,
- the "market" of colorectal cancer is relatively untapped.
Companies will benefit from being associated with the Colon Cancer Alliance, and from being an "early investor" in a disease that is gaining national attention. In addition, Corporate Partners receive a variety of opportunities to gain exposure to patient groups:
