Group meals are provided as indicated on the Agenda. Attendees must cover all other expenses including the conference registration fee, travel, hotel registration, meals (other than those provided) and ground transportation.
Photographs will be taken by a photographer during the conference. These photos will be used for publicizing this conference in the future. Registering for the conference gives the Colon Cancer Alliance automatic permission to use any photos you are seen in and the right to use the images without your inspection or approval in any context in media outlets, including, but not limited to, television, radio, magazines, newspapers and internet.
